RETRIBUTION'S CHILD

RETRIBUTION'S CHILD

Written and Directed by Cary Patrick Martin / Fights by David Anzuelo / Starring Fight-House member Rocío Mendez

The three-time Drama Desk nominated UnkleDave’s Fight-House was founded by David Anzuelo. His high quality of fight direction led him to work for some of the best theater and indie-film makers. Combining his training as an actor, director, and martial artist, Anzuelo brings a unique approach to both fight direction and intimacy on stage. His core team consists of Sean Fletcher Griffin, Rocío Mendez, Amaal Saifudeen. Together, they form a collective of fight/intimacy directors concerned with the integrity of the story and how the violence fits into the piece as a whole. Anzuelo and his Fight-House bring an inclusive perspective to work and don’t shy away from the hard hitting truth of stage violence.
